I've always loved antiques, since I can remember have been drawn to them. My husband, Bob and I share the passion for antiques. Our second date was to a flea market. I went into the antiques business with my own store in 1988 and through the years it evolved into Cottage Antiques. Bob and I restored a 1935 house and filled it with all the antique pieces and home accessories that we have collected over the years. We love them all. Working on this house has been very rewarding. Another passion is our shop, Cottage Antiques in Ocean Beach. Since my husband retired a few years ago from teaching, he is very much a part of our store. We love to display and provide a beautiful, charming place for people to visit, browse and buy their favorite finds.
